The Guard Tower matrix taut wire array adapts to any perimeter, and can be configured in many combinations including as a wall topper, as a stand-alone barrier or retro-fit onto an existing fence where additional security is needed. This system works by detecting wire deflection in any direction. Depending on security levels, alarm resolution can be to within 10 ft. (3m).

Three security level choices are available, depending on budgets, threat levels or security requirements for a given application. Note that levels can be upgraded at a later point should security requirements change. All three levels of the Guard Tower® system can integrate with CCTV cameras, automatically directing images to control monitors for security personnel to visually assess an alarm condition.

The system can be used in detection mode only, or in extremely high security applications as an electrified perimeter barrier.

Each Guard Tower sensor column has two optional communication ports that can accept dry contacts for other devices, such as lights, cameras, sounders, and gates. Signals from these devices can be controlled at the headend.

Each zone of the Guard Tower perimeter security system can be configured one of three ways.
